Shonmeka has been the travel agent that we have worked with on our last five trips to Cancun, Mexico. She has been outstanding to work with! Shonmeka worked hard to provide us with options based on the things that we were looking for in the planning, kept us updated and provided reminders prior to the trip, tracked flight status information on our departing and return flights.
